Does it need to be registered or licensed?
No. The Freeride Venture scooter can be used on footpaths without registration or a licence. Just charge and ride.
Will it fit in my car?
Most cars, yes. The handlebars fold down, and the seat lifts out, bringing it to a compact enough shape to fit in the boot of a hatchback or SUV. At 23kg, it's manageable for one person to load.
How does it compare to a standard mobility scooter?
A traditional mobility scooter tends to be bulkier and less portable. The Venture is lighter, folds for transport, and feels more like riding than sitting. It's a better fit for people who are still active but want the reassurance of three wheels.
Is it suitable for hills?
The 500W motor handles gentle inclines well. Steep hills will affect your range more than your ability to climb them, so just factor that into how far you're planning to go.
