The InMotion Air Pro is simply fantastic!
Before I received my scooter, I was pleasantly surprised to get a handwritten thank-you note from the amazing team at the shop. Buying online can be daunting due to concerns about scams, but I had no reason to worry here—the product I received was exactly as described.
I initially hesitated to purchase this scooter because there weren’t many reviews available. However, I’ve been thoroughly impressed since day one! I've been using it every morning, come rain or shine, and it has proven to be incredibly stable—almost like riding a bike without the pedaling.
The brake is powerful, particularly since it’s a front wheel brake. I’ve learned to use my weaker fingers to manage it gently. At first, I thought the headlight was a bit dim, but after taking it for a spin in the dark, I was amazed by how bright it actually is. Plus, it has a brake light for added safety. The suspension from the combination of soft and hard wheels is excellent.
While some streets can be a bit bumpy, I believe that’s more a reflection of the road conditions rather than the scooter itself. On smoother streets, it rides beautifully; on others, you might feel a bit of a jolt.
I can go an entire week without needing to recharge, which is just impressive. My morning rides now take just 8-10 minutes instead of the 15-25 minutes it used to take me on foot. I haven’t even tried the sport mode yet, as the standard 25 km/h speed is plenty fast for my needs.
As someone who isn’t accustomed to lifting heavy objects, I found the 17.7 kg weight manageable. Initially, I worried about carrying it around, but after a few times now, it felt comfortable. The button to unlock the stem was a bit stiff at first, but it has become easier to use over time. I love that all the cables are neatly hidden—no trip hazards here!
Charging has been straightforward, although the cable is somewhat short if you want to plug it in from indoors to outdoors. A simple extension cable can easily solve this.
On my first day, I received numerous compliments and questions from strangers about the scooter—it really does look and feel great while riding smoothly.
As a commuting scooter, you really can’t ask for more!
